Difficulty:Easy.approx.1 mile.Good for
dogs
From Rte.29 take Old Columbia Road-East-bear left at intersection onto
Harding Road.Park at the 3rd.parking lot on the right. The trail is reached
from the left end of the parking lot behind the Scotts Cove sign. Bear left
down the slope and follow the trail through the large rocks keeping the water
on your right. Pass over 2 root steps and follow trail to waters edge where
the trail makes a left.Go left a short distance look to your right towards the
water and you will see 2 scraggly pine trees flanking an oak tree.At the foot
of the oak you willfind what you seek under some
rocks.
