This is the subject I intended to write sbout yesterday before I
walked in on all the brouhaha.
I feel so lucky to have met Fireflylight on the trail. You always
picture someone in your mind and wonder what they are like. Coleen
you are just as I imagined. Pretty and sweet as can be. Thanks for
my FIRST EXCHANGE and a good excuse to rest on the climb. The Turtle
and I would feel better if you waited for your friend Scott(hope
that's the right name) to go with you on your walks. Safety in
numbers. Anyway the lost lake is a true find. The Turtle and I
enjoyed a picnic lunch and she had a blast watching all the turtles
in the lake. Hope to meet again!

We've met two other boxers out on the trail so far, but both groups were newbies (like we've been doing this forever......) and didn't have stamps! So, no exchanges for us yet. :-(  How many of you have bumped into folks looking for boxes while stampless?

I'm new to this list and to this hobby, so it is not surprising that
I'm a little confused right now. For example, what does this message
mean? What are "exchanges?" And why would letterboxers have stamps
with them while searching for boxes?

Does anyone know how to keep track of exchanges made between other letterboxers here on the LbNA website or Atlas Quest?

Thanks for the help!!! :)

~ AZJokester ~

They keep telling us to get in touch with our bodies. Mine isn't all that communicative but I heard from it the other day after I said, "Body, how'd you like to go to the six o'clock class in vigorous toning?" Clear as a bell my body said, "Listen fatty....do it and die."

I'm not sure about LbNA, but it is pretty easy on AQ. Do a search
for the person - the search box is in the People menu. Go to a
person's profile and in the upper right corner is a button that says
Add as Exchange.

If you go to a gathering that is listed on AQ, it is even easier. Go
to the event page for that gathering and there is a button under the
list of attendees that says Add Exchanges. Please note that this
button only appears after the event has taken place.

The easiest method at AQ is to go to the 'People' pull down and click
on 'Manage Exchanges'. At this location you will not have to click on
each profile page, but merely add each one in. The tally of each new
addition will show up on the right hand side of the page.
