what's this? i'm new to all this. is geo-cacheing where you hide toys?
and letter-boxing you use stamps?

Geocaching uses a GPS receiver to find a hidden box with a log book. The
geocaches also frequently include toys to amuse the kids that are taken
along on hikes. There is a glossary on Letterboxing.org.
