We were able to get to the main page and search for letterboxes, but couldn't log in. Not being able to log in prevents us from being able to get to My Page, our mailbox, etc.

I tried it again but couldn't get into the secures site....

So I removed the "s" in https and was able to get into the unsecure site, but like matolutacikalla said, you can't log in.
