I'd be willing to take you survey. I'm not sure which format I want so either way is ok as long as I can fill it out- I don't have strong computer skills.

Thank you so much for those of you that replied to me! I have enough
surveys to begin my research. I am sure I will need more help in the
future with surveys or interviews - I will keep you all updated on my
