Decided to clean up around the "office" today which had me leaving
work later then usual....5 pm. But I was surprised as I headed into
the parking lot!!!
THE SUN WAS STILL LIGHTING THE SKY!!! :^)
Oh happy days ahead!!!

Oh my gosh! I was just thinking this same thing....I'm a traveling piano teacher and on my way home tonight at 6pm marveling at the still light sky!! Spring here we come!!

I have a feeling that during that first 50+, old Lightnin' Bug will
be getting a massive attack of Letterboxing Spring Fever.

Yesterday as I was driving along a wooded road, I was staring at the
snow thinking, "How many inches is that? How bad would it be to bring
a snowshovel on the hike, so I could dig for a letterbox?"

Yeah, I said the same thing as I was putting my son's coat on. I looked
behind him and saw the time and said, oh, my God it's still light out. Now, for

I told Laura today--if we had ski pants and some really good boots, we could be out in this... (2 more days until end of vacation and not one box to show for it )

Although Punxy Phil predicted 6 more weeks of winter today, I still took advantage of the
