Hi-
My dd (12) & I just started letterboxing last weekend. We're HOOKED!! I
have a ? regarding abbreviations I've been seeing:
P0 F37 (R33 HH4) X0
or
P16 F10 X1
PLB P8 F6
HH P1 F4
I'm guessing the numbers are "how many" & I believe P=placed, F=found, &
HH=hitchhiker...what do the others stand for & are there any others?

Susan,
You are correct and X=exchanges. A great resource for
us newbie's is newboxers@yahoogroups.com. Make sure
you join that talk list as well. Also, the FAQ's and
Getting Started section of letterboxing.org answer
alot of the questions we run into when we are trying
to figure out this great hobby. Welcome and enjoy!!
