Just to update everyone, there's been some massive additions at the website.
Currently the following states are active in the database, with each state
listing every county and those counties listing each city within. These are
by the United States Postal Service Delivery Areas:

Region 1 - Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington

Region 10 - Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York
and Pennsylvania

Region 7 - Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin
