For letterboxers, No rules are good rules. This list
has a lot of strong willed individuals and I for one
like it that way.Or should I say I for two.....Chuck

I'm in agreement with that - "no rules" suits me just fine. The
problem is that when those strong willed letterboxers get wild with
their comments, the powers that be are forced to arbitrarily create
rules, specifically declaring topics "off-limits". This is one of the
objectives of government, of course, to impose rules to keep the
peace. However, we are living in a totalitarian letterboxing regime.

Don't get me wrong, I think those folks are doing the best they can
with what they have to work with. However the group size is beginning
to get unwieldy. We are a group of 1000 or so individuals (give or
take a couple hundred or so for those Legerdemaine style aliases),
but I expect that group to grow considerably in the coming months and
years. Why not take some time up front to form a workable and
coherent organization, whatever that may be?
