ciphers

From: windrose53 (windrose53@yahoo.com) | Date: 2003-07-20 13:29:23 UTC
Awhile back I was reading a post about boxes that had ciphers for
clues and someone had a link to a great website that explained about
different kinds of ciphers and how to use them. I would have sworn I
had bookmarked the site (& the link to the letterboxes), but I've
searched & searched (the archives & yahoo.com) and can't find the
page I was looking for.

Does anyone know the address? I'd like to do a box that uses a cipher
of some sort, but don't know enough about them.

Thanks for any help,
Windrose
